Role Overview

We are seeking an ambitious Business Developer to contribute to the growth and success of Preesoft Private Limited. This exciting opportunity involves developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and industry trends, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • New Business Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, including generating leads through networking, cold calling, and other methods.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Develop and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Project Coordination: Work closely with the project management and development teams to ensure client requirements are met, coordinating project kick-offs and ensuring smooth handovers to the delivery team.
  • Networking and Representation: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, building and maintaining a network of industry contacts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the software development industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and technologies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
