Warehouse Optimization Coordinator

Effective inventory management is crucial for the success of our organization. As an Inventory Management Specialist, you will be responsible for updating inventory on a daily basis using Excel and QuickBooks. This involves coordinating with warehouse managers to maintain accurate records of inwards and outwards transactions.
You will establish strong relationships between Operations and accounting teams to ensure seamless communication and ensure timely and accurate accounting entries and bookkeeping through the accounts team.
The ideal candidate will have proficient skills in MS Office, be computer literate, and possess good interpersonal and cognitive skills. If you are a motivated individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the opportunity for you.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory levels and update records daily
- Coordinate with warehouse managers to maintain accurate records
- Establish relationships between Operations and accounting teams
- Ensure timely accounting entries and bookkeeping
- Maintain optimum storage conditions for all stock
