Support Specialist Wanted

We need a skilled Desktop Support Engineer to support our users. The successful candidate will have experience in desktop support, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Main Duties
  1. Provide remote support for users experiencing technical issues.
  2. Install and configure MS Office, Outlook, and printers.
  3. Manage antivirus software and ensure it is up-to-date.
  4. Implement the IMAC Process for asset tracking.
  5. Troubleshoot network and internet connectivity issues.
Essential Qualifications
  1. Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  2. Proven track record in desktop support.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Knowledge of ITIL processes and tools.
