Full Stack Engineering Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer to lead the development of cutting-edge web applications from scratch. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for curating and evolving architecture, development, and implementation of our web platform, as well as managing and mentoring a high-performance team.

About This Role
  • This is a leadership position where you will oversee the development of full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript.
  • You will design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure server/serverless hybrid architecture using Supabase, Strapi, and other technologies.
  • Foster collaboration and technical growth within your team, ensuring a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Monitor and enhance application performance using Datadog and Sentry, while integrating real-time and event-driven features using Supabase's native capabilities.
  • Implement DevOps best practices with CI/CD pipelines and shell scripting for automation, and manage version control using Git and Bitbucket.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Architect and integrate real-time and event-driven features using Supabase's native capabilities (auth, edge functions, real-time DB, vector DB).
  2. Build and maintain full-stack applications using React.js, Next.js, NestJS, PostgreSQL, and TypeScript.
  3. Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and secure server/serverless hybrid architecture using Supabase, Strapi, and other technologies.
  4. Employ tRPC and Zod for end-to-end type safety across the stack.
  5. Integrate external services such as Stripe APIs, Amazon APIs, emailing platforms, Google Auth, and Analytics APIs.
  6. Manage version control using Git and Bitbucket, ensuring collaborative and high-quality code delivery.
