Credit Risk Specialist

We are looking for a skilled financial analyst to join our team and work on commercial real estate loans. As a credit risk specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing financial documents, creating financial models, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Loan Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of commercial real estate loans to identify potential risks and opportunities.
  • Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast loan performance and cash flow.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with underwriters, loan officers, and clients to ensure smooth loan processing.
  • Documentation: Prepare and review financial documents, including loan applications, credit reports, and loan agreements.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial documents meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, loan origination, or credit risk management.
  • Advanced knowledge of financial modeling, credit analysis, and risk assessment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
