The Punjab Urban Land Systems Enhancement (PULSE) Project is seeking experienced candidates to provide consultancy services in various fields. The project aims to enhance the urban land systems in the province, and interested individuals should have relevant qualifications and experience.

Job Description:

  • The Software Development Executive will be responsible for designing and managing spatial databases, management systems, and spatial feature representations.
  • The IT Security Expert for Professional Support will handle the security of large networks and ensure that all systems are secure and up-to-date.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • For the Software Development Executive position: a minimum of 16 years of education in GIS/Computer Science/IT or equivalent education from a recognized institution, and at least three years of post-qualification experience.
  • For the IT Security Expert for Professional Support position: a minimum of 16 years of education in Computer Science/Information Systems/Information Technology/Computer Engineering from a recognized institution, and at least three years of relevant experience in handling network security.

Benefits:

  • The selected consultants will work on an individual basis and will be responsible for their own expenses.
  • The selection process will be based on the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants of World Bank Procurement Regulations.
