We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Contract Administrator.

About the Role:

You will be responsible for managing the administration of service contracts with key customers and developing SOPs to track resource availability, allocation, and utilisation.

Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with customers on service requirements and review costs.
  2. Process invoices for billing and manage finance related matters.
  3. Develop processes to track resource availability, allocation, and utilisation.
  4. Manage resources and allocate them to different departments as needed.
  5. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure that resources are used efficiently.

This role requires a highly self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.
