Project Director

We are seeking a seasoned project director to oversee the successful execution of our civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in managing projects within the construction or energy industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring all assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
• Making day-to-day decisions during project execution and managing project risks.
• Coordinating internal resources and vendors for project success.
• Developing and updating cost estimates, budgets, schedules, identifying issues, and risks, as well as developing work breakdown structures.
• Providing regular status reports to management on assigned projects.

Preferred qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute projects.
• A broad range of experience executing civil, mechanical, electrical, and controls projects.
• Experience in the hydroelectric or renewable energy industry is highly desirable.
