Business Development Executive

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Generation: Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
  • Persuasive Business Proposals: Prepare and deliver persuasive business proposals and presentations to clients.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to enhance brand awareness and product offerings.
  • Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to adjust strategies as needed.
  • Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions in the CRM system.
  • Regular Updates: Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales activities and business development progress.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in a relevant industry such as IT, Healthcare, or Real Estate.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
