Accounting Professional

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.

You will also need to have attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

The responsibilities of this role include:
  1. Managing and maintaining financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and general ledger entries.
  2. Preparing and analyzing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  3. Overseeing administrative duties such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  4. Assisting in budgeting and forecasting processes.
  5. Providing support to senior management in making strategic financial decisions.
  6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
  • Proficient in the use of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Excel).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and analysis.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
