International Marketing Director Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to expand our presence in international textile markets.

The selected candidate will spearhead export-driven growth, lead partnerships with global buyers, and ensure our products achieve maximum penetration across key regions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing and export strategies to enhance brand visibility and international reach.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities across global textile markets.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with international buyers, distributors, and agents.
  • Export Sales Growth: Drive international sales growth by aligning product development, pricing, and marketing with global trends.
  • Global Representation: Represent the company at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the export marketing team, ensuring performance excellence and professional development.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor strategies, and international trade regulations.
Candidate Requirements
  • Education: Business or Textile Graduate degree (MBA in Marketing preferred).
  • Experience: 10–15+ years of solid, progressive experience in textile export marketing.
  • Track Record: Proven track record of driving international export growth and client acquisitions.
  • Skills: Strong understanding of export documentation, trade compliance, and supply chain processes.
  • Lifestyle: Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a global outlook.
  • Exposure: Prior exposure to international exhibitions and trade events is essential.
