  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate ideas into visually compelling stories.">
  • Manage the entire post-production workflow, from rough cut to final export, ensuring the highest quality standards.">
  • Stay ahead of video trends, techniques, and platform requirements (YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, etc.).">
  • Optimize video assets for different formats and aspect ratios across all platforms.">
  • Maintain organized project files, follow branding guidelines, and ensure consistency across all content.">
  • Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, new video series, and content innovations.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics design.">
  • Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or similar NLE and animation tools).">
  • Strong portfolio of short-form ads, social videos, and branded motion graphics (please provide links).">
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and digital video best practices.">
  • Experience editing and delivering video content for paid ads and organic posts on YouTube, TikTok, Google Ads, and web.">
  • Proficient in color grading, audio mixing, and optimizing for multiple formats.">
  • Able to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced marketing environment.">
  • Creative thinker with a passion for testing new styles, effects, and creative approaches.">
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.">
  • Experience working remotely and using project management/collaboration tools (Slack, Trello, Asana, etc.) is a plus.">
