Health Promotion Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement community mobilization strategies to promote health and well-being.
  • Develop and manage relationships with local stakeholders to advance health goals.
  • Conduct training and capacity-building sessions for community members and organizations.
  • Liaise with government agencies and other partners to leverage resources and expertise.
  • Monitor and evaluate program impact, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Masters degree in a relevant field, such as public health, development studies, or social sciences.
  • Minimum five years experience in community health promotion or related field.
  • Proven track record of successful program implementation and community engagement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with local context, including cultural nuances and social determinants of health.
