About the Role: We are seeking a Jr. SQA Engineer to join our team.

This role is essential for ensuring the quality and functionality of our iOS/macOS applications and providing a seamless user experience.

  • We are looking for an individual who can work closely with the development team to conduct both manual and automated testing, as well as contribute to the overall quality assurance process across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Manual & Automated Testing: Conduct both manual and automated testing using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
  • API Testing: Proficiently test APIs using tools such as Postman, REST Assured, or similar.
  • Test Case Creation & Execution: Develop and execute test cases to ensure the quality of mobile and web applications.
  • Bug Reporting: Identify, track, and report bugs, ensuring they are addressed by the development team.
  • Collaboration: Work with developers to ensure high-quality products, providing input during all stages of the product lifecycle.
  • Analytical Skills: Apply strong problem-solving and debugging skills to identify and fix issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Review and validate the implemented code to ensure it meets quality standards.
  • Testing Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of test cases, test results, and identified issues.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance or Software Testing, preferably on iOS/macOS apps.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Testing Skills: Experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and Postman for API testing.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively document and present test results.
