We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead our client engagements, overseeing delivery execution, client relationship management, and internal team performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own the delivery lifecycle and ensure all client expectations and milestones are met
  • Serve as the key liaison between client stakeholders and internal delivery teams
  • Translate business goals into actionable delivery plans
Account Growth & Expansion:
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the scope of services within the client organization
  • Collaborate with sales, talent acquisition, and leadership to develop and present proposals for new initiatives
Team & Operational Management:
  • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to project managers, engineers, and other functional leads
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture aligned with our values
  • Monitor and enhance operational efficiencies across delivery pipelines
Client Relationship & Communication:
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders through proactive engagement
  • Conduct regular check-ins, reviews, and strategic planning sessions
  • Handle escalations and provide timely, effective resolutions
Strategic Delivery Planning:
  • Work with internal leadership to continuously evolve service offerings and delivery strategies
  • Identify opportunities for account expansion, optimization, and innovation
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the client's evolving needs and industry dynamics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in technology consulting, delivery, or professional services
  • At least 3 years in a senior management or client-facing leadership role
  • Strong expertise in delivery operations, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, service management frameworks, and modern delivery tools
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working with international clients and cross-cultural teams
  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence
