About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage all aspects of import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Manage and oversee all import and export operations, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and standards.
    • Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other service providers to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
    • Monitor shipments to ensure that goods arrive on time and in good condition.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
    • Prepare and review import/export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
    • Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities.
    • Stay up-to-date with changes in trade regulations and adjust procedures as needed.
  • Communication and Coordination:
    • Act as a liaison between suppliers, customers, and internal teams to coordinate the movement of goods.
    • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the import/export process.
    • Provide regular updates to management on the status of shipments and any issues that may impact delivery timelines.
  • Process Improvement:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline import/export processes and reduce costs.
    • Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of import/export operations.
