Job Title: Sales Performance Leader

 

The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to drive sales performance and achieve targets.

You will be responsible for working closely with the sales team, meeting sales targets, understanding and communicating clients' requirements, providing leadership and guidance, ensuring the team is equipped to market properties, following up with clients for evolving requirements, maintaining good relationships, and seeking new business opportunities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Sales force, ensuring they are coached, trained, and possess the necessary skills to meet sales targets.
  • Understand clients' needs and effectively communicate them to the sales team.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to guarantee they meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Brief clients on relevant property units, ensuring the sales team has the knowledge and tools needed to demonstrate and market properties effectively.
  • Clients receive demonstrations, site visits, and timely deal closures.
  • Follow up with clients to understand evolving changes in requirements, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain good relationships with clients and actively seek new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level education or equivalent practical experience.
  • A passion for sales, with commitment to excellence, team building, customer service, and alignment with core values.
  • 4-5 years of sales experience (Prior experience managing teams is preferable).
  • Strong communication skills.
