About the Project:

The project focuses on the impact of food processing technologies on the production of bioactive peptides and its bio-functional characterization in reference to inflammation. As a Research Assistant, you will play a crucial role in collecting raw materials, conducting chemical analyses, preparing project reports, and writing new proposals.

Qualifications:

We require candidates with a Master's degree or equivalent in Human Nutrition & Dietetics, Food Science & Technology / Food Technology. Experience in novel processing technologies and proteins chemistry is desirable. PhD students enrolled in Department of Food Science are also encouraged to apply.
