In this position, you will provide tagged services and bring on board top high profile Corporate / MNCs & Government organizations. The job holder should have the ability to evaluate the customer requirement and propose most appropriate solution keeping in view the available products & services. You should aim to develop relationship with the clients for retention and manage overall portfolio management which includes Revenue Monitoring/Churn Management, Customer Satisfaction, KPI and Sales achievement

To be successful in this role, you should:

  • Adhere to SOPs, policies , procedures & frameworks of Department and PTCL Group.
  • Improve Business Responses to internal & External Customers.
  • Achieve quantitative and qualitative Sales/Revenue/Synergy monthly targets.
  • Ensure portfolio management KPI`s including revenue enhancement and retention of assigned accounts.
  • Departmental Initiatives / Learning & Development

For this position, we require:

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from a reputable university.

And also, you must have:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Additionally, technical competency is required in:

  • Commercial Awareness
  • Technical & Reporting Skills
  • Sales Communication
