System Support Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of System Support Specialist. This role involves providing second-line diagnosis of incidents and service requests, implementing solutions, and ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) on service tickets.

This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and develop their skills in system administration and support. As a System Support Specialist, you will assist with administrative and operational tasks, answer calls and manage correspondence, organize and maintain files and documents, and participate in projects and daily activities.
