We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. As a senior designer, you will be responsible for leading the creative direction of digital projects, mentoring junior designers, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions for clients.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing the visual design strategy for digital campaigns, websites, apps, and brand initiatives. You will also collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life, translate client goals and requirements into impactful design concepts, and present and articulate design decisions and creative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong portfolio that demonstrates innovative thinking, pixel-perfect execution, and a deep understanding of UI/UX principles, branding, and visual storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the visual design strategy for digital campaigns, websites, apps, and brand initiatives.
  • Collaborate with project managers, developers, and marketing teams to bring creative ideas to life.
  • Translate client goals and requirements into impactful design concepts.
  • Present and articulate design decisions and creative solutions to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure design consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior and mid-level designers.
  • Contribute to improving internal processes and creative workflows.
