We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Study Abroad Advisor.

Job Overview

The Study Abroad Advisor will play a vital role in helping students achieve their dreams of studying abroad. Our consultancy services cater to students aiming to study in various countries including the UK, Australia, Canada, US, Finland, Belgium, Turkey, and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized counseling to students, guiding them through the process of selecting suitable universities and courses
  • Assist students with visa applications, ensuring they meet all requirements and deadlines
  • Prepare students for exams such as IELTS, providing guidance on test preparation and strategies
  • Offer pre-departure guidance, including assistance with flight bookings, accommodation, and bank account setup
  • Support students post-arrival, helping them settle into their new environment and find part-time job opportunities

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with students and their families. Relevant experience in the education sector is a plus, but not required. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is essential.

Requirements:
  • Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Consulting skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills
  • Experience with visa processes and assisting students with applications
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Empathy and patience when dealing with students and their families
  • Relevant experience in the education sector (plus)
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field
