Financial Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our accounting and finance department, you will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing financial records, preparing budgets, and implementing budgetary controls.

About the Role
  • Review and analyze financial records, financial statements, and other financial reports.
  • Prepare and implement budgetary controls.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing annual and periodic budgets.
  • Provide regular reports on budget review and highlight unfavorable variances.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office, and experience with accounting software.

You will ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting records and reports in our system. Develop and implement accounting policies to ensure timely adoption of changing trends and needs. Assist in payroll completion and prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping purposes.

Guide team members in completing day-to-day tasks related to their jobs. Maintain a close link with team members and resolve their issues related to work and/or workplace. Highlight gaps in operational pricing and incentive/commission structure and make recommendations.

Prepare quarterly reports on profitability of different products and provide monthly reporting to the Manager about ongoing tasks or specified requirements assigned by the Manager.

Key Responsibilities
