Job Title: Franchise Strategy Director

This leadership role focuses on supporting and challenging the franchise units in implementing growth strategies. The successful candidate will develop actionable insights at market level, collaborating with commercial and customer leadership to adjust execution strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with franchise unit and commercial & customer leadership to adjust execution strategy.
  • Partner with franchise unit to lead system alignment processes with bottlers at local levels.
  • Identify granular opportunities and create actionable initiatives, bringing together relevant data and insights.
  • Design and lead internal and bottling partner-facing routines, coordinating necessary preparations for business decisions.
Work Focus:
  • Develop compelling commercial insights, strategies, and initiatives at market levels.
  • Use a fact-based approach to identify leading-edge solutions and boost local/granular commercial strategy.
  • Lead franchise management routines internally and with the system, working closely with GMs.
  • Capture and network best practices, importing and exporting good ideas locally and globally.
  • Role model 'Leadership in the Network' definition.
  • Manage uncertainty and multiple stakeholders effectively.
Communication Focus:
  • Maintain top-level interactions and negotiations with senior management team members.
  • Develop strong negotiation, influence, and communication skills to align strategies and build relationships.
  • Write and present effectively, adjusting messaging to fit various audiences.
  • Comfortable with indirect influencing and managing/coordinating.
Requirements:
  • +10 years of experience in business/functional areas such as operations, strategy, marketing, or business development/consultancy.
  • Proven leadership trajectory and influencing senior leadership teams.
