Assuring the quality of software applications is a critical aspect of any business.

The Motive ELD (Electronic Logging Device) and non-ELD integrated software features require thorough testing to ensure they function as intended.

About the Role:
  • As a member of the QA team, you will play a key part in testing our ELD and non-ELD software features.
  • You will create test plans, maintain documentation, and perform testing on multiple devices, platforms, and browsers.
  • Your responsibility will be to plan and execute verification of features broken down into components for weekly releases.

We are looking for candidates with a strong CS background who possess excellent teamwork skills.

This role requires collaboration with Product, Design, Customer Success teams, software engineering, and embedded systems development teams.

  • Full ownership of all QA artifacts is expected.
  • Execution gaps must be identified and addressed by taking ownership of process improvements.
  • Aid in retrospecting possible customer issues with leads.
  • Identify, analyze, and document defects, questionable functions, errors, and inconsistencies in web and mobile applications as well as ELD functions, outputs, online screens, and content.
  • Taking ownership of E2E testing is essential.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Software Testing
  • Flair for testing map-based real-time systems
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies, SCRUM, and Agile Testing Life Cycles
  • Ability to take ownership of all manual testing tasks
  • Experience in both manual testing and automation
