Key Role Summary

The Business Development Executive is responsible for generating revenue through outbound sales calls to existing and potential customers. To achieve this, they must build strong relationships with clients, provide information on new products and services, and address any concerns they may have.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Making timely outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-lasting client relationships.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions.
  • Addressing customer questions and objections in a professional manner.
Essential Qualifications
  • Prior experience of 3-4 years in the BPO or call center industry.
  • Candidates with prior experience selling software services to US clients are preferred.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role.
  • Proficiency in English and MS Office.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM software is beneficial.
  • Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
Minimum Requirements
  • High school degree.
  • 4-5 years of experience in selling software services or digital marketing services.
