As a 3D CAD Designer, your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional interior design services. Your role will involve working closely with clients to determine their project goals and requirements.

You will utilize your expertise in space planning to ensure the most efficient use of the space. This includes designing preliminary layouts for kitchens, doors, wardrobes, bedrooms, and living rooms using software, as well as creating 3D models where necessary.

Your task also involves specifying materials and furnishings, such as lighting, furniture, wall finishes, flooring, and plumbing fixtures. You must prepare final plans using computer applications, taking into account client preferences and budget constraints.

In addition, you will create a timeline for the interior design project and estimate project costs. Once the project is underway, you will place orders for materials and oversee the installation of design elements. Finally, you will conduct post-project visits to ensure that the client is satisfied with the end result.
