Job Description:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is required.

Responsibilities:
  1. Perform day-to-day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting, and recording accounts receivable and payable data.
  2. Maintain accurate financial records by monitoring, analyzing, and reconciling accounts.
  3. Prepare financial statements and reports to assess financial status.
  4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
  5. Support internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and present findings to management.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  8. Provide support to the accounting team in handling payroll, taxation, and other financial duties.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in financial regulations.
Requirements:
  1. Proven work experience as an Accounts Specialist or similar role in the automotive industry, preferably with 2 years of experience.
  2. Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  3. Proficient in financial software and MS Office, including advanced Excel skills.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
