Customer Support Leader

This role involves leading the Sales and Support team to drive results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.

Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Sales department to develop effective sales strategies.
- Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Client and Vendor Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
- Partner with vendors to provide top-notch support services.
Qualifications:
- Relevant academic qualifications (BBA, MBA) in Marketing or Sales.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support leadership roles.
- International market experience or background in BPO industries.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
