This role involves leading the Sales and Support team to drive results and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Motivate and coach the team to improve performance and productivity.
  • Provide timely feedback and coaching to help the team grow professionally.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Sales department to develop effective sales strategies.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Client and Vendor Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Partner with vendors to provide top-notch support services.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant academic qualifications (BBA, MBA) in Marketing or Sales.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales or customer support leadership roles.
  • International market experience or background in BPO industries.
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
