Job Title: Research Assistant Institute of Home and Food Sciences

Salary:

Rs. 20,000/- per month

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Research Assistant to join our team in the field of food science and technology. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on various projects related to physicochemical analyses of experimental diets, animal modeling, and report writing.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in BS Food Science and Technology and be currently enrolled in MS Food Science and Technology at GC University Faisalabad. Previous experience in laboratory settings, particularly in chemical analysis, rat modeling, and manuscript writing, is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of food science and technology principles
  • Excellent laboratory skills, including chemical analysis and animal modeling
  • Effective communication and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Benefits:

This is a temporary position, with a contract duration of one year, extendable for an additional year. The selected candidate will be required to sign a bond for the project duration.
