Senior Finance Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager to join our dynamic Finance team. This pivotal role is responsible for managing financial operations, ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, and maintaining robust financial controls.

This position requires a proactive and collaborative leader with a keen eye for detail and a passion for data management. The ideal candidate will possess strong domain knowledge, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and demonstrate unwavering integrity.

About the Role:

  • Oversee and manage daily finance department operations, including financial accounting, reporting, and analysis.

  • Ensure accurate and compliant financial statements while adhering to accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Provide insightful financial guidance and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making and organizational goals.

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, promoting a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

  • Identify and resolve financial issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to improve process efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards.

  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion of audit processes.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should hold a CA (Finalist) qualification or higher and have 7-10 years of progressive experience in an IT-based organization.

  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills are essential.

  • A proven track record of leading and managing high-performance finance and accounting teams is required.

  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy, planning, and analysis, such as taxation, auditing, forecasting, budgeting & internal control, is necessary.

  • Advanced proficiency in digital transformation using Oracle NetSuite and Power BI is desired.

  • A strong commitment to ethical financial practices and corporate governance is expected.

  • The ability to work on-site during hybrid-shift timings (12:00 PM PKST to 9:00 PM PKST) is required.
