
Customer Care Operations Supervisor

The Customer Care Operations Supervisor will play a pivotal role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer (COO) in all facets of operations.
Key responsibilities include guiding the Customer Care department and manager in day-to-day activities, such as managing appointments, informing staff, and addressing client inquiries and complaints.
In addition, the Customer Care Operations Supervisor will be responsible for managing field staff, monitoring service quality, and tracking sales targets in accordance with company policies.
Team Structure
The Customer Care Operations Supervisor will report directly to the COO. The Operations department is comprised of three main functions: Booking, Service Delivery, and Quality Control.
Frequent travel is expected.
Accountabilities, Responsibilities, and Main Duties
- Manage appointment bookings and ensure timely notifications to staff.
- Address client inquiries and complaints in a timely manner, adhering to established service standards.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless customer delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Ensure all process of elimination steps related to incidents are complete and correctly documented.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience working in a service delivery organization, similar to airlines, food delivery, or mail/product delivery services. A strong personality and high energy levels are essential for this role.
