Job Description

As a key member of our marketing team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager Digital Marketing to join our dynamic organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies that drive engagement, conversion, and revenue growth.

  • Develop and implement digital marketing plans that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Create and execute targeted digital campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain a robust content calendar that resonates with our target audience.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a leadership or management capacity.
  • Demonstrated expertise in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and display advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
