We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Business Growth Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, securing new business, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  3. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively, utilizing negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
  5. Profile Optimization: Optimize profiles for better visibility and client engagement, staying up-to-date with platform changes.
  6. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitors, adapting strategy accordingly.
  7. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project delivery, leveraging organizational skills.
  8. Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales activity reports to management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Business Development Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development, with a focus on lead generation and alternate sales mediums.
  2. Account Management: 2-3 years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of meeting targets.
  3. Upwork Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Upwork's platform, bid management, and profile optimization.
  4. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, leveraging negotiation skills and industry knowledge.
  5. Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive proposal writing abilities.
  6. Sales Drive: Sales-driven individual with a proven track record of meeting targets, leveraging time management and organizational skills.
  7. Client Understanding: Ability to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
