An experienced Architectural Engineer is required to work alongside the Chief Architectural Engineer, assisting in the development of architectural plans and models.
About the Role- Design and develop architectural plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Rhino
- Collaborate with the team to ensure project deliverables meet expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to provide updates and solutions
- Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve design and construction issues
This role requires a strong understanding of construction methods and materials, as well as proficiency in Autodesk software, Sketchup, Rhino, and other rendering software. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop detailed designs and models for various architectural projects
- Work closely with the team to identify and resolve any design or construction issues that may arise
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials
- Proficiency in Autodesk software, Sketchup, Rhino, and other rendering software
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in design work
