Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Promote and sell products/services by understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to maximize conversion rates.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and sales techniques.
  • Adhere to company scripts, policies, and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Must have excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Persuasive, confident, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (high school diploma may be considered for fresh graduates).
