About this exceptional opportunity to lead mobile application development:
This is a chance to work with a leading company in the translation and interpretation sector. We are looking for a full-time Mobile Application Developer to join our team located in Islamabad. The incumbent must have prior experience in developing both Android and iOS applications. The developer will be responsible for the entire app lifecycle from concept stage until delivery and post-launch support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the application.
  2. Experience with the Android SDK, Java, NDK, Kotlin.
  3. Proven work experience in API integration with Retrofit.
  4. Previous experience of developing VOIP applications.
  5. Worked in Firebase products like authentication, real-time database, storage.
  6. Design, develop, code, test, and release to QA iOS apps in alignment with business goals.
  7. Ability to switch among multiple projects.
  8. Improve code quality through writing unit tests, automation, and performing code reviews.
  9. Understand UX and UI design, so end-user requirements can be effectively translated into technical solutions.
  10. Deep understanding of Objective-C or Swift.
  11. Solid experience in native iOS development frameworks (API, testing, deployment, etc.).
  12. Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data or Core Animation.
  13. Comprehensive understanding of the Agile development process.

Requirements:

  1. BS/MS in Computer Science/Information Technology or Software Engineering.
  2. 3-5 years of experience as a developer on both Android/iOS platforms.
  3. Must have sufficient knowledge of publishing apps on both platforms.
  4. Prior experience of developing VOIP applications on either platform.
  5. Ability to manage projects and lead a team from the front.
  6. Excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Good verbal and written communication skills.
