Bid Management Opportunity

As a seasoned Bid Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire bid process, from tender review and assessment to submission and delivery. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tender Review & Assessment: Conduct thorough reviews of tenders and provide clear overviews to internal stakeholders to inform decision-making.
  • Bid Compilation: Lead the compilation of high-quality submissions, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient information exchange.
  • Platform Familiarity: Develop expertise in eTenders Public sector tender's platform to guarantee compliant submissions.
  • On-time Submissions: Oversee the completion and submission of tenders to a high standard and within required deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable written English skills, i.e., relevant academic qualification
  • Previous experience in creating B2B technical proposals (preferred)

  • Detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to bids
  • Understanding of public-sector procurement is a plus
