Mathematics Educator Position

About the Role:

We are currently seeking a Mathematics Educator with at least 1 year of teaching experience to join our team. As an Online Tutor, you will be responsible for conducting live sessions and creating customized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs.


Main Responsibilities:
  • Teaching Mathematics: Conduct live tutoring sessions in Mathematics for students of various levels, providing clear explanations and guiding them through complex concepts.
  • Lesson Planning: Create engaging and effective lesson plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Progress Monitoring: Regularly assess student progress, identify areas of improvement, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate growth.
  • Communication: Maintain regular communication with students and parents to discuss performance, address concerns, and celebrate successes.

Requirements:
  • Mathematics Expertise: A strong understanding of Mathematics concepts and curriculum, including ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage students and collaborate with colleagues.
