Mobile Healthcare Project in Pakistan seeks a qualified driver to join its team. The project involves providing essential healthcare services to underserved communities in KPK and Sindh using state-of-the-art mobile clinics.

The driver will be responsible for safely transporting staff and patients, maintaining trailers and vehicles, and ensuring proper functioning of electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely transport staff and patients to and from remote areas.
  • Maintain trailers and vehicles, performing routine tasks such as washing, checking fluid levels, and tire pressure.
  • Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, generators, air conditioning units, water supply, and wastewater management.
  • Conduct regular inspections and minor repairs on trailers and vehicles.
  • Coordinate major repairs and maintenance with HQ as needed.
  • Record vehicle maintenance, repairs, and fuel consumption accurately.
  • Assist in setting up and dismantling mobile medical units.
  • Comply with safety regulations while driving and performing maintenance tasks.
  • Support logistics with transportation and delivery of supplies and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Proven experience as a driver or technician.
  • Knowledge of vehicle and trailer maintenance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in English is an advantage.
  • Will to work in non-standard conditions in rural areas.
