Job Summary:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Professional to oversee the quality management process for our manufacturing operations.

  • Review and continuously improve quality management processes, procedures, and capabilities to ensure effective methods meet quality requirements.
  • Ensure client requirements are met by reviewing and approving quality documentation for projects.
  • Coordinate activities to direct and control product quality, including reviewing product requirements and implementing specifications.
  • Manage and control all quality activities according to identified Quality standards, company procedures, client specifications, and contract requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in quality management, analytical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction through rigorous quality control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit reports on quality performance and recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, business, science).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
