**Job Description:**

• Generate leads through various channels, such as online marketing, networking events, and referrals.

• Conduct property viewings, provide detailed information about the properties, and address any questions or concerns.

• Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Negotiate sales prices and terms with clients, ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the agreement.

• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the team's overall sales performance.

• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and changes in the real estate industry.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that clients are satisfied with the sales process and the property purchased.

**Requirements:**

• Excellent sales, marketing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including current trends, prices, and regulations.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Relevant qualification in real estate is preferable.
