Academic Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced academic professional to fill the position of Academic Faculty. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, and related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach students with enthusiasm and dedication, fostering a positive learning environment.
  • Develop engaging lab sessions and practical exercises that emphasize real-world application of security principles.
  • Guide student research projects, ensuring they meet academic standards.
  • Integrate concepts related to ethical hacking, data protection, and risk management into course content.
  • Maintain up-to-date course materials and track student performance records.
  • Pursue original research and publish scholarly papers in relevant academic journals and conferences.
  • Participate in departmental planning, curriculum reviews, and academic committee activities.
  • Mentor students under the university's mentoring program.
  • Support initiatives related to academic quality assurance and industry engagement.
  • Perform additional academic duties as assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:

  • A Ph.D. in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in teaching and research.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
