Job Description

The Group HR and Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing the human resources and administrative functions of the Topaz Group of Companies. This includes developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and coordinating administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relationships, resolve conflicts, and maintain a fair and inclusive work environment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Coordinate tasks including finance, procurement, and facilities management.
Requirements:
  • A master's degree in Business Administration or a related field with a specialization in HR and Finance.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
  • Experience in advertising or marketing is an added advantage.
