Sales and Recoveries Manager

As a Sales and Recoveries Manager, you will be responsible for leading the business development activities of the Sales Team. This includes guiding them to meet with potential clients as needed, developing new dealers and clients in existing and new markets, and ensuring clear objectives and suitable strategies for growth.

  1. Business Development: Develop new dealers and clients in existing and new markets for our Brand.
  2. Team Management: Ensure the Sales Teams have clear objectives and suitable strategies to achieve them.
  3. Growth Strategy: Generate strategies for growth in Motorcycle Spare Parts Sale Business turnover.
  4. Credit Management: Establish a Credit Management Policy and implement it.
  5. Recoveries Plan: Prepare a detailed plan for Collection & Recoveries, presenting it to Higher Management for approval.
  6. Collection Process: Manage collection process of defaulting accounts and establish relationships with collection agencies and lawyers.
  7. Relationships: Maintain excellent relationships with dealers for recoveries matters.
  8. Weekly Planning: Create weekly recoveries plans for collection & recoveries.
  9. Credit Risk: Monitor credit risk levels accordingly.
  10. Departmental Coordination: Coordinate with other Departments for smooth and timely information exchange.
  11. Daily Reporting: Daily Reporting to Management.
  12. Training Sessions: Conduct Training Sessions for Sales Staff.

You will be responsible for achieving profitable results using available resources.

  1. Sales Administration: Manage the Sales Administration Function, performance reporting, and process streamlining.
  2. Business Planning: Develop a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls.
  3. Promotion: Promote the Company's presence throughout Pakistan.
  4. Marketing Plan: Develop an annual marketing plan detailing forecasts, costs, and sales promotion programs.
  5. Sales Representative Management: Plan, recruit, organize, and control sales representatives.
  6. Sales Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales team performance through established reports and communications.
  7. Performance Appraisal: Implement a specific appraisal system and observe representative performance on a regular basis.
  8. Ongoing Training: Provide ongoing training for Sales Representatives to present company products accurately.
