Job Title: Florist

We are seeking a skilled florist to create beautiful floral arrangements and assist customers in finding the perfect blooms for special occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Design unique floral arrangements according to customer requests
• Assist customers in selecting flowers and plants for their needs
• Maintain a well-stocked and organized inventory of flowers and supplies
• Ensure a clean and organized workspace
• Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering advice on floral care
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals
• Deliver accurate and timely orders

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a florist or in a similar role is preferred
• PASSION FOR FLOWERS AND CREATIVITY IN DESIGN
• EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY AND AS PART OF A TEAM
• STRONG ORGANIZATIONAL AND TIME-MANAGEMENT SKILLS
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs

Work Schedule:

This part-time position offers flexible working hours, approximately 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays.
