AI/ML Engineer Job

This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining machine learning models and pipelines with high potential for value and scale. As an AI/ML Engineer, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end technical solutions that solve complex customer problems.

The ideal candidate will have strong programming skills in Python, experience with microservice architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes, and excellent communication skills for engaging with senior management. Additionally, a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field is required, typically accompanied by 7-10 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Experiment, design, develop, and maintain machine learning models and pipelines.
  2. Collaborate with ML engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other engineers for successful implementation.
  3. Research and test new machine learning algorithms; conduct training, evaluation, and integration of models.
  4. Evaluate new technologies and tools for machine learning.
  5. Maintain and update existing ML systems.
  6. Develop, productionize, and operate ML models and pipelines at scale, including real-time and batch processing.
  7. Work with large-scale structured and unstructured data, improving ML models continuously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related field.
  • Typically, 7-10 years of experience.
  • Strong programming skills in Python; familiarity with Golang is preferred.
  • Understanding microservice architecture, containerization, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience with designing and integrating software systems across platforms.
  • Knowledge of testing methodologies, debugging, and scripting.
