Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Lead to oversee the development of custom solutions using enterprise technology stacks. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating application architectures, managing developers, and serving as a senior technical resource.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Create innovative application designs based on project requirements.
  2. Ensure timely project execution and delivery of high-quality work products.
  3. Develop functional specifications and detailed design documents for client projects.
  4. Lead and manage teams of developers assigned to projects.
  5. Serve as a subject matter expert for technical projects.
  6. Contribute to business growth through proposal generation activities.
  7. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience as a Technical Lead or similar role overseeing application design/development.
  2. Proficiency in designing/developing custom solutions using .NET technology stacks.
  3. Familiarity with relational database management systems (RDBMS) including SQL Server or Oracle.
  4. Experience with web services, particularly RESTful APIs.
  5. Working knowledge of Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Agile Modeling.
  6. Experience with agile software engineering practices such as Continuous Integration, unit testing, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and refactoring.
  7. Strong understanding of object-oriented design methodology and software design patterns.
  8. Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
