Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planning Associate to join our team at the Sheikhupura Factory. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with realistic sequencing of materials, considering resource and material availability.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distribution operations, supply chain management, or warehousing, with 0-1 year of relevant experience. They will also possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a proven track record of successfully implementing projects.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing short-term, finite capacity-constrained production plans with realistic sequencing of materials, considering resource and material availability.
  • Ensuring the availability of materials to meet production plans within cost boundaries.
  • Creatings feasible production plans within the DPS period, considering capacity, labor, and materials.
  • Identifying practical issues related to plant shutdowns and timing of promotional activities within the DPS period.
  • Developing optimized replenishment plans for raw and packaging materials to ensure supply for production.
  • Coordinating directly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Defining stock policies and management approaches for each SKU in the portfolio.
  • Identifying practical issues regarding material supply and demand for raw and packaging materials.
  • Engaging suppliers in supply chain improvement initiatives to create shared value for Nestlé and its suppliers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • MBA or BE with 0-1 year relevant experience in Distribution Operations, Supply Chain, or Warehousing.
  • Knowledge of MS Office and SAP 'MH Modules.'
  • Proven initiative-taking ability with successful project implementation.
  • Ability to work with diverse, cross-functional teams to ensure business continuity.
