Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Student Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our counselling department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and professional guidance to students and parents, helping them choose the best suitable study program and university that meets their academic and financial capabilities.

You will assist students with their university applications, including gathering and preparing required documents for their choice of programs. You will also assist students with their visa applications and prepare them for embassy interviews.

Apart from these responsibilities, you will identify new techniques to convert leads into successful applications. You will contact overseas leads to convert them into deals. You will support and guide junior student counsellors in their day-to-day work.

You will manage and oversee a team of 2-3 junior student counsellors, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations. You will conduct regular training sessions and professional development activities for junior counsellors to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide BESA Group customers with accurate and professional counselling and advising services.
  • Assist students with their university applications, including gathering and preparing required documents.
  • Assist students with their visa applications and prepare them for embassy interviews.
  • Identify new techniques to convert leads into successful applications.
  • Contact overseas leads to convert them into deals.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Counselling, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in student counselling, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and study abroad processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Urdu is required.
